Terms & Condition

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase fireworks from us.
Freedom First Fireworks, LLC is not liable for any accident, damages, or injury from the storage or use of the product you purchase.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to check all State and Local ordinances to verify you are complying with all laws for the purchase, use, possession, and storage of fireworks.

We do accept orders over the phone during business hours.
Unless your order is a warehouse pick-up, your order must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. We do not accept personal checks.
TN residents and warehouse pick up orders must pay the TN Sales Tax rate for fireworks, unless you provide your Business License and TN Resale Certificate. If an order is cancelled before it leaves our warehouse, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount.

Once an order has shipped, there are no cancellations or refunds. You assume full responsibility. If you refuse the shipment and the product is returned to us, you will not be reimbursed as we have to pay for the return shipping and the labor to restock the product. Occasionally we will be out of stock of an item you have ordered. We have the right to substitute the out of stock items with one of equal or greater value. If this occurs, we will do our best to notify you of the changes before the order ships.

All orders are LTL shipments only. The fireworks we sell are classified as 1.4G Fireworks for consumer use and are legal under Federal Law for us to ship.
We ship to all states but:

District of Columbia

New York

Rhode Island

We will not be held liable for any confiscations and strongly recommend that (before ordering), you check with your State Fire Marshall or your local AHJ, "Authority Having Jurisdiction" to receive any permits legally required in your area.
Once your order has left our facility for shipment to you, you assume complete responsibility and there are no cancellations or refunds.

If you do no have a forklift available or are delivering to a residential address, make sure you select the option for a delivery truck with a liftgate. If you do not, you may be responsible for this fee after delivery. The delivery
drivers are not responsible for unloading your order. They will only move the palletized order to the back of the truck for you to unload. If you do not want to pay the lift gate fee, you may also elect to have your order shipped to the shippers' nearest shipping terminal for pick up.

When the delivery truck arrives, if you see any damage to your order such as crushed cases of product or forklift fork punctures, you will need to address that immediately with the delivery driver/shipping company for reimbursement, (before signing the delivery paperwork.)
Some boxes will crush in places that the product does not fill and it does not harm the product inside. We recommend you open any cases with damaged outer boxes to make sure of the condition of the individual units inside the box before filing a complaint for damage.

We will verify all product is in new and undamaged condition when it leaves our warehouse. If you have any issues that are not resolved with the shipping company, you may contact us to try to help you out.
If the shipping company cannot reach you at the phone number listed, they may return the product, or you will be responsible for picking it up at their nearest shipping terminal.

We do offer direct warehouse pick-up. We will have to charge TN taxes on the order unless you provide a business license/resale certificate. We will call you within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule the pick-up. If you miss your scheduled pick-up time more than twice, your order will be restocked, and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
We do not have the storage capacity to store your orders for long periods of time.
We reserve the right to update all of our policies at any time.
